Returns and Refund Policy

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process, specifically for parts and custom computer builds, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We accept returns for parts and custom computer builds under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the part is defective, does not match its description, or fails to perform as advertised.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Custom Computer Builds
Eligibility: Returns of custom computer builds will be considered if the build is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the build.
Condition: The custom build must be returned in its original condition, without any modifications or damages by the user.
Refunds will be considered for parts and custom computer builds that meet the return criteria stated above. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise arranged.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 days for your return and refund to be processed. We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether the refund was approved.

If you receive a defective part or if your custom build does not meet the agreed specifications, we offer exchanges subject to availability. If an identical item is not available, we will work with you to find a satisfactory replacement.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including information on shipping and handling.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from returns, including software, digital downloads, and items sold as-is. We will clearly communicate any exceptions at the time of purchase.
